Founding Partners Talent Trainer
Henri Kerkhof
After studying at Nijenrode business university (The Netherlands) and University of Oregon (US), at age 26 Henri became CEO of a Dutch/Belgium furniture retail chain. In the five years that followed the company tripled in size.
In 1997 he moved to the US where he started his furniture import business. This is also where he developed his interest for property investments. From 1997 to 2005 he invested in small scale US real estate.
Sensing a slowing investment potential in Europe and US in 2005, he went searching worldwide for the best emerging market to invest safely. Comparing 14 countries based on 10 criteria Henri choose the Republic of Panama as the most promising country to build an investment portfolio.
The 15 years following Henri has started various companies and created a team of professionals with whom he has selected and developed an investment portfolio of hotels, condos, land and subdivisions in the Republic of Panama.
With the desire to start spending more time closer to his family in The Netherlands, as well as the growing interest in helping other people, he took on a new business opportunity already proven in Latin America and Asia, to roll out in Europe and the United States: the roots of Talent Trainer.
Felipe van der Jagt
Felipe van der Jagt comes from a family of flower nurseries in the Netherlands, where he was born and raised. Upon completing his university education in Amsterdam at the age of 19, he made a significant move to Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, to pursue an MBA, where he successfully graduated with honors.
Felipe made the strategic choice to venture into entrepreneurship while still a student, a decision that led to the establishment of several highly successful businesses. Among them is a chain of drugstores and restaurants strategically located in train and subway stations throughout Buenos Aires. In addition to these ventures, he also founded various restaurants, some of which have gained widespread acclaim, such as the restaurant affiliated with the Sociedad Rural Argentina.
Since 2010, Felipe has broadened his entrepreneurial horizons, focusing on the dynamic realm of real estate. His commitment to this sector has remained steadfast to the present day. Felipe actively engages in property transactions, sales, and construction projects spanning over three continents. His diverse portfolio includes strategic investments in Argentina, Panama, and the Netherlands.
After tirelessly dedicating himself to his work for 15 years, he decided with the birth of his daughter for a more serene lifestyle in the mountains of Panama, where he presently calls home. Embracing this calmer pace, he stumbled upon a truly remarkable business opportunity—one that captivated him to the extent that he aspired to propagate this concept across various corners of the globe, including the United States.
