Everyone will build a turn-key business during this training, that within 3-5 years must generate a higher income than your current job, with less time. Therefore creating more time for people and things you love.
Eventually we would like to train you to the level that you can also help mentor people who want to build this meaningful business. That, from our experience, gives a high level of satisfaction.

Henri Kerkhof (MSc)

After studying business in The Netherlands (Nijenrode) and the US, at age 26 Henri became CEO of a Dutch/Belgium furniture retail chain. In the five years that followed the company tripled in size.
In 1997 he moved to the US developing his interest for real estate investments. Sensing a slowing investment potential in Europe and the US in 2005 he went searching for alternatives worldwide. After a thorough analysis of over 14 countries he identified the Republic of Panama as most promising.
The 15 years following Henri created a team of professionals with whom he has selected and developed an investment portfolio of hotels, condos, land and subdivisions in the Republic of Panama.
With the desire to start spending more time closer to his family in The Netherlands, and the growing interest in helping others, he took on a new business opportunity proven in various parts in the world, to roll out in Europe: the roots of Talent Trainer.
Felipe van der Jagt (MBA)

Coming from a family of flower nurseries in the Netherlands, he moved to Buenos Aires at 19 to pursue an MBA, graduating with honors. As a student, he ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing successful businesses, including a chain of drugstores and restaurants in train and subway stations, and acclaimed eateries like one affiliated with the Sociedad Rural Argentina.
Since 2010, Felipe has focused on real estate, engaging in transactions and projects across Argentina, Panama, and the Netherlands. After 15 years of dedication, he sought a serene lifestyle in Panama’s mountains following his daughter’s birth. Here, he discovered a business opportunity that inspired him to expand globally, including Europe.

Marcel is an experienced, international corporate executive, who has worked all over the world, in some of the best known consumer-goods companies in the world.
After getting a Masters Degree in International Management at a leading US business school, he spent 23 years in Marketing leadership roles at Procter Gamble, Sara Lee Douwe Egberts in The Netherlands, Pepsico and Coca-Cola in South Africa, Nestlé in the UK and Switzerland, culminating into a role as Global Marketing Director at United Biscuits, based in the UK.
After another 4 years at UB as Managing Director for Asia, he decided to shake off the shackles of salaried employment, and take charge of his own time and finances. That’s when he became an entrepreneur, investor, and business advisor. Marcel and his wife live near the beach, on the sunny Algarve in Portugal.

Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist
Functional Medicine Practitioner

Tim has a medical degree and 15+ years of clinical experience as a consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist. He holds a PhD in metabolic-associated fatty liver disease at the Free University of Amsterdam.
Apart from practicing gastroenterology and hepatology, he has been working as a Functional Medicine practitioner. Functional Medicine is a personalized, holistic approach to healthcare, addressing root causes of disease. The immune system and gut’s microbiota play a central role in maintaining health and preventing chronic diseases. Participation in this business opportunity is in alignment with his dreams to achieve optimal resilience and good health to as many people as possible.
Annemarie Willems (MSc)

Annemarie has a lifelong passion for medical innovation, to improve the health and life of all stakeholders. She has over 25 years of international healthcare business experience, in the corporate medical device manufacturing industry, as well as being an entrepreneur with own medical device companies. She is founder, shareholder and board member of Prolira BV, a company that developed, CE marked, FDA approved and manufactures an innovative medical device (DeltaScan) that measures brain activity (EEG) to diagnose acute encephalopathy and delirium, the most common and costly complication of elderly hospital patients.
Before that, she founded her own successful consultancy firm, supporting companies that bring innovative medical devices to market. Previously, she held international business development positions in renowned medical device manufacturing corporates (Medisize, Helvoet). Annemarie holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Design Engineering, from the Technical University Delft, in The Netherlands.
Geert van den Enden, MBA

With well over thirty years of experience in business and senior executive positions in healthcare, Geert is a seasoned and respected leader. His focal point is to build bridges in challenging circumstances, underscoring the necessity of personal dialogue across the range of stakeholders involved. He strives to empower those around him by capitalizing on a healthy balance between visionary processes and their respective outcomes. His reputation demonstrates the effectiveness and integrity of this people-oriented approach. In 2022, Geert founded his own management and consultancy company, Anatum, allowing him to further extend the realm of his executive capacities. Furthermore, Geert is an accomplished international speaker (i.e. at the HIMMS and the ACHE in Chicago) and is a proactive member of various supervisory boards within the healthcare and insurance industries. As such, he maintains an extensive network beyond the confines of these sectors, including supervisory authorities in regional and national politics.

After studying law, art history and a obtaining a master’s degree in communication sciences at the University of Amsterdam, she worked as a film producer for 10 years. She mainly made documentaries about social and political subjects that interested her.
Due to health problems she had to take it easy. She therefore changed careers and started advising private equity funds on their spending policy on charities. She is active as a director in 11 foundations. Networking is second nature to her.
Because she experienced remarkable results from these products, she became interested in this business.
She is very motivated to help make many people happy and healthy. She likes working on this 10-15 flexible hours per week with likeminded people, while earning a good income. She has found the golden grail and she wishes it to everyone.
She sees this as a great sport, a wonderful opportunity to build something beautiful, good and lucrative in just a few years.
